Love What You Do

Love What You Do

Daily Notes Inspiration

We’ve all heard the saying “do what you love,” and to most of us, it’s a great desktop screensaver or motivational poster. However, trying to really, truly, do what you love is actually a pretty daunting task, especially if you have to blend it into something that also involves work. But when we took the plunge and started this little photo booth business, we committed our free time, extra cash, and passion for people to try and do something that we could love. And six months later, even though it’s not always as fun as it looks, we really are doing it! In such a short time we’ve been a part of so many awesome events: from live-changing charities to sweet 16 birthday parties, and everything in between. In any given day, we see more smiles than most people see in a whole month! Our “clients” have become our friends, and our weekends now full of memories that will last a lifetime. It’s a honor, really, to get to share in all these personal days, that are often the happiest of a persons life. To all our gorgeous brides, brilliant event planners, loving parents and caring business owners, we thank you for letting us play dress up and party with your fabulous guests. You are our inspiration and we love what we do because of you!

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”   Steve Jobs

Heart Healthy Women in a Photo Booth

Events Inspiration

We were beyond honored to participate in the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women luncheon, a national event held in cities across the country to help raise awareness of heart disease as the number one killer of women. Being women ourselves, this cause is especially important to us. While the event was beautifully decorated and fabulously fun, it’s purpose is quite serious. These passionate people at the AHA are empowering women to take charge of their heart health by helping identify risk factors and encouraging healthier lifestyle choices. There were many survivors at the event- and even in our booth- and it really put things into perspective for us… Let’s change the stats girls- 1 in 3 is way too high!!!
